Recognizing and addressing these barriers is critical not only for improving health outcomes on an individual level\u2014but for increasing efficiency and reducing costs for stakeholders across the entire continuum of care.\r\n\r\n<hr \/>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h2>How Oral Health Impacts Overall Health<\/h2>\r\nThe connection between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dentalhealth.org\/oral-health-and-general-wellbeing\">oral health and overall health is undeniable<\/a>. Poor oral health can affect one\u2019s ability to eat, speak, and socialize, which often exacerbates preexisting conditions and leads to a decrease in quality of life.
