How Missouri\u2019s ToRCH model demonstrates that technology and trust can drive sustainable change in rural communities.<\/span><\/h3>\r\nRural communities across the United States face some of the most persistent health challenges\u2014limited access to care, provider shortages, and higher rates of chronic disease. Yet they also hold immense potential for innovation, resilience, and collaboration.<\/span>\r\n\r\nThat was the focus of the recent <\/span>\u201cRural Health: A Guide for Digital Health Transformation<\/a>\u201d webinar, hosted by Unite Us alongside partners from Missouri\u2019s Department of Social Services. With the historic <\/span>$50 billion Rural Health Transformation Fund (RHTF) <\/a>on the horizon, the session highlighted what states can do today to position themselves for success\u2014and why technology, trust, and community partnerships will be key drivers of transformation.<\/span>\r\n\r\n

Setting the Stage:\r\nThe Rural Health Transformation Fund<\/h2>\r\nThe <\/span>RHTF<\/span><\/a>, created as part of H.R. 1, represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reimagine rural health systems.
